Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We Install it is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll report to the Director of Field Operations (or designate) and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support our enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining service forms and documentation
  • Coordinating and dispatching vendors
  • Responding promptly to incoming service requests
  • Sourcing and co-ordinating onboarding external contractors
  • Preparing quotes and service estimates for clients as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (experience in property management or facility maintenance is an asset)
  • 1–2 years of retail experience is considered an asset
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems (tech-savvy!)
  • Bilingual – English & French speaking is an asset but not required
  • Clear criminal background check

Working Conditions:

  • Fully remote position (optional in-office training is available)
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Flexible start times – normal working hours are 8:00am-4:30pm and 8:30am-5:00pm EST/EDT.
